Instantel makes every effort to reduce its environmental impact. We have undertaken a comprehensive approach, engaging our entire value chain in a collective effort to address climate change. This includes reducing the direct energy used by our employees and the indirect energy used within our facilities, and engaging our vendors in the energy usage of the products and services we purchase and provide to our clients. Despite being a small emitter, we recognize the importance of taking responsibility for our environmental impact.

At our offices, we prioritize sustainability by using energy-efficient LED lighting, supporting a hybrid work model to reduce commuting emissions, and implementing robust recycling and composting initiatives. But our efforts don’t end there. For over 43 years, we’ve extended the life of our products through dedicated repair programs—keeping them in use and out of landfills.

We also collaborate with vendors who share our values, adhering to ethical labor standards and using eco-friendly, reusable, and recyclable packaging.

Areas of Focus

Health and Safety

At Instantel, the physical and mental well-being of our team is a top priority. We are committed to maintaining an annual injury rate below 5% and have implemented a comprehensive health and safety program to support this goal. This includes a dedicated health and safety committee, rigorous training programs, integrated safety stations, and a structured injury reporting system with follow-ups and clearly assigned responsibilities.

We also recognize the importance of mental wellness. Our offices feature a dedicated wellness room—a quiet, private space where employees can recharge and take a moment for themselves.

Learning and Development

At Instantel, empowering our employees starts with a strong training, skill-building, and professional development investment. We believe that by fostering growth, we can achieve exceptional results together. That’s why we encourage team members to take on meaningful responsibilities early in their careers, supported by local training curricula and a structured development program designed to help them grow within the organization.

Employee training is a strategic priority at Instantel, enabling us to consistently meet and exceed the evolving needs of our customers. Alongside technical and product-specific training, all employees are required to complete courses in key areas such as our Core Values and Ethics, Anti-Corruption, and Anti-Bribery—ensuring a culture of integrity and accountability at every level.
